Andres Rugama

Andres Rugama is an experienced Research and Development Supervisor at House Foods America since August 2022, focusing on developing innovative plant-based products through trend research and consumer analysis. Andres implemented novel NIR technology for real-time production and quality insights while organizing systematic research goals and training team members in soybean and tofu processing. Prior to this role, Andres served as an AmeriCorps Math Fellow at Saga Education, providing personalized mathematics instruction to combat educational inequity.
