Milton Roach has a diverse work experience in the aviation and engineering fields. Milton started their career in 1999 as a Technical Systems Field Support Specialist at Computacentre UK, where they provided technical support for various clients. In 2000, they joined IBM Global Process Services as a Senior Systems Engineer, a role they held until 2005.

In 2015, Roach joined Bloodhound LSR as a Systems Engineer and Lead Electrical and Avionic Integration Engineer. Milton held this position until the present.

Roach's most recent full-time role was as an Electrical Systems Technician at Williams Martini F1 Advanced Engineering in 2016, where they were responsible for the manufacture, testing, and support of electrical, wiring, and control systems for road and race cars.

Since 2021, Roach has been working as an Initial Airworthiness Design and Certification Engineer/Surveyor at the Civil Aviation Authority.
