Stephen Liptrap

Stephen Liptrap possesses extensive leadership experience in human resources and executive management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Bloom Coaching and an Advisory Board Member for various entities including Overalls, the Disability Inclusion Business Council (ESDC), and TELUS Health, Stephen has a significant presence in the advisory sector. Previously, as the President and CEO of LifeWorks from September 2008 to November 2022, Stephen oversaw major organizational growth. Additional experience includes high-level roles at ConAgra Foods, where key contributions led to substantial financial growth and expansions, and NCR, where Stephen developed international HR operations for a large workforce. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a HBA in Business from Western University.
