Colin Tozer

Colin Tozer has extensive experience in clinical operations and educational psychology. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and holding multiple director positions at Bloom Health Centers since November 2021, Colin previously worked as a School Psychologist for Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2008 to December 2021. Colin holds a Master of Science in School Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Post Master's certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
