Louis Licamele

Louis Licamele, PhD is currently the Chief Development Officer and EVP of Clinical and Data Science at Bloom Science, Inc. Louis is also the President of The Licamele Group, a strategic advisory firm for healthcare companies. With a background in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, and Machine Learning, Louis has held various leadership positions in companies such as REGENXBIO Inc. and Vanda Pharmaceuticals. Louis has extensive experience in overseeing biostatistics, clinical data management, software development, and data-driven patient identification for clinical trial recruitment. Additionally, Louis has served as a Graduate Research Assistant in Computer Science at the University of Maryland.
