Shauna Drumm

Shauna Drumm is an experienced IT professional with a solid track record in service assurance and delivery, currently serving as IT Service Assurance Lead at Blooms The Chemist since April 2021. Previous roles include IT Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, and IT Service Analyst at the same company. Prior to Blooms The Chemist, Shauna worked as an Information Technology Contractor for Laing O'Rourke and Richard Crookes Constructions, and held the position of Technology Service Officer at Georges River Council. Additionally, Shauna was an IT Analyst at Hayes Solicitors and a part-time Sales Assistant at SUPERVALU while pursuing academic qualifications. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from the National College of Ireland and completed secondary education at St Joseph's of Cluny and Glenthorne High School.
