Kelaine Blades is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies across various organizations. Currently a member of Bloom UK since May 2023, Kelaine has held prominent roles such as Managing Partner of Marketing and Communications at GroupM Nexus, where responsibilities included articulating brand and service value propositions. Previous positions include UK Head of Marketing at GroupM Finecast, EMEA Marketing Director at Dynata, and Senior Director of Global Solutions Marketing at Aimia Inc. Kelaine has successfully transformed marketing strategies, driven multi-channel demand generation, and led teams to exceed growth targets. Kelaine holds an MBA in International Business/Marketing Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
