Rebecca Wells is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder of Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd since March 2020, Rebecca is dedicated to supporting digital and technology start-ups and has been recognized as a National Start-Up Awards finalist. Prior to this, Rebecca held key roles including Executive Recruitment Manager at Rullion, where expertise contributed to winning significant awards and securing major contracts, and Recruitment Director at Ultimate Asset, implementing strategic growth initiatives. Additional experience includes overseeing recruitment at prominent organizations such as Haymarket Media Group, Guardian News & Media, and Google. Rebecca holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Nottingham.
