Ella Schofield is a Senior Engineering Manager at Bloom & Wild, where Ella builds and maintains the technology for the UK's popular online florist. Prior to this, Ella worked as a Software Developer at bluespot.io and Red56 Ltd, focusing on web app development using Ruby on Rails and React. Ella also has experience as a New Blood Programme Manager at D&AD and as an Operational Manager at The Roxy. Ella holds a BA (Hons) in Media Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
