Head of BI & Analytics - Product at Bloom & Wild

Lottie Linter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2010, Lottie worked as a Traveller Care Consultant at Eurostar for a few months before moving on to become a Parade Dancer and Character Performer at Disneyland Paris.

In 2011, Lottie joined Cath Kidston as a Press and PR Intern before progressing through various roles, including Web Content Assistant, Web Content Coordinator, and eventually becoming the first Web Analyst at the company. In this role, Lottie built and maintained reports, managed A/B tests, and provided insights that helped improve the website's performance.

In 2014, Lottie joined British Airways as a Web Analyst, collaborating with product owners and providing data analysis for their digital propositions. Lottie worked closely with the Data Architect to ensure accurate tracking and built dashboards to provide actionable insights for optimizing design and functionality.

Lottie then moved to Sainsbury's in 2015 as a Digital Analyst for the Groceries Online team, analyzing and reporting on online trading, content, and merchandising to drive revenue and conversion. Lottie also led the Digital Optimization program, managing the strategy, coordination, and analysis of tests to align with business goals.

From 2017 to 2020, Lottie worked at MOO as a Senior Digital Analyst and later became the Lead Digital Analyst. Lottie provided in-depth analytics, introduced digital data insights, and managed the analysis and reporting of digital projects.

In 2020, Lottie joined Gousto as a Senior Product Analyst, focusing on product analytics. Lottie then became a Product Analytics Manager (Growth), overseeing the analytics team's efforts to drive growth.

In 2021, Lottie joined Naked Wines as the Head of Product Analytics, responsible for leveraging data to optimize product performance.

Currently, Lottie is the Head of BI & Analytics - Product at Bloom & Wild, overseeing the BI and analytics strategies for the product team.

Throughout Lottie's career, they have consistently demonstrated strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a collaborative approach in delivering data-driven insights to drive business success.

Lottie Linter completed their A Levels at Highworth Grammar School for Girls, including Maths and Further Maths, from the year 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Durham University, where they obtained a BA (Hons) 2.1 degree in Music. Later, in 2011, Lottie pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Multimedia Journalism at PMA Media Training.
