Michael Castelli

Michael Castelli has five years of work experience, beginning in 2015. Michael began their career as an Analyst, Underwriting at Townhouse Partners. In 2017, they moved to Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation as an Analyst, Capital Markets. In 2019, they joined Hanover Street Capital as an Analyst, Deutsche Bank CRE. In 2020, they became a Sr. Underwriter at Sabal Capital Partners, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Client Experience Manager at Blooma, Inc.

Michael Castelli obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Finance from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Subsequently, they completed a Financial Modeling program at New York University in the field of Real Estate.
