Brian Raust

Senior Account Executive at Bloomberg Government

Brian Raust has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Brian began their career as a Sales Representative at Recon Pest Control, where they sold Mosquito and Pest Abatement services door to door. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Cameron's Coffee and Chocolates, where they received recognition for creating and executing a successful lunch menu and expanding the bakery business into a new market area.

Brian then transitioned into the field of media research, joining S&P Global Market Intelligence (formerly SNL Financial) in 2015 as a Media Research Analyst. Brian analyzed media content database accuracy and redesigned workflows to increase data accuracy.

In 2016, Brian joined FedBid, Inc. as an Account Specialist and eventually advanced to becoming a Senior Account Lead. Brian oversaw accounts at National Guard offices across the country, actively pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Brian successfully gave presentations and trainings in 42 states.

Expanding their career further, Brian joined Unison in 2019 as a Senior Account Lead, where they were responsible for managing accounts. Later in 2019, they joined Bloomberg Government as an Account Executive and eventually became a Senior Account Executive in July 2021.

Brian Raust completed their education in a chronological order. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Oakton High School, where they did not obtain any degree or specify a field of study. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Brian Raust obtained two certifications during their education journey. In August 2009, they achieved the title of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. Later, in June 2014, they became a Licensed Northern Virginia Food Manager through the American National Standards Institute.
