Alessandra Rafferty

Alessandra Rafferty currently serves as Deputy Team Lead at Bloomberg Industry Group since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Thomson Reuters from 2013 to June 2023, where Alessandra held the position of Senior Editor, managing a team of three reporters and three copy editors while overseeing daily content. Previous roles include Copy Editor at The Daily Beast (2010-2014), Associate Editor at Newsweek (2003-2013), and Copy Chief at both Conde Nast Publications/W Magazine (2003-2006) and Hearst Magazines (2002-2003), where Alessandra supervised copy editing and fact-checking for Victoria Magazine. Alessandra holds a B.A. in English from Grinnell College.
