Tarik Laiketsion

Tarik Laiketsion is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in workforce technology and system implementation. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Manager at Bloomberg Industry Group since October 2023, Tarik has previously held positions at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities included managing an HR Technical Team and leading various project lifecycles, particularly in the deployment of Workday and other HR systems. Earlier career roles include Senior HRIS Analyst positions at Asurion and Fannie Mae, where Tarik focused on system documentation, requirement gathering, and process design. Tarik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
