Iona Tanan has garnered extensive experience in data analysis and engineering, beginning with a role as a Merchandising Intern at HipVan in 2019. Following that, Iona worked as a Marketing Operations Intern at NTUC Link and a Group Operations Intern at UBS in 2021. Iona's significant tenure at Bloomberg LP from August 2022 to November 2024 involved leading automation processes for ASEAN Corporate and Sovereign Bond datasets, ensuring efficiency and quality through performance monitoring with Qlik Sense dashboards. Currently, as a Fixed Income New Issues Senior Data Management Professional and Senior Data Engineer at Bloomberg, Iona specializes in building and optimizing data ecosystems for Fixed Income Primary Market New Issuance datasets, implementing automated ETL pipelines and advanced data architectures.
