Lydia Ricca has a strong background in social impact and corporate philanthropy, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School Charity since September 2025 and as the Employee Engagement Program Manager for Europe at Bloomberg since October 2024. Previously, Lydia worked at BlackRock from July 2019 to October 2024 as a Social Impact Associate for EMEA and APAC, where responsibilities included leading employee engagement and community giving programs, successfully facilitating over $3 million in non-profit grants across 25 countries. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, earned between 2015 and 2019.
