Neil Munshi

Neil Munshi is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Africa Editor at Bloomberg since March 2022, where responsibilities include editing news across the continent and working on enterprise investigations. Prior to this, Neil was the West Africa Editor at Bloomberg, based in Lagos, and held various significant positions at the Financial Times, including West Africa Bureau Chief, US Correspondent, and Chicago & Midwest Bureau Chief. Neil began the journalism career as an Associate Editor at GQ India and has also worked at the Boston Globe and Esquire magazine. Neil holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
