Rosanna Brass

Rosanna Brass is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Bloomberg since March 2018, where currently serves as Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner and leads a global team focused on Engineering. Prior roles at Bloomberg include Senior HR Business Partner in Engineering and Global HR Partner for Bloomberg Media. Before joining Bloomberg, Rosanna worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Propel International, applying business psychology to enhance organizational performance. Early career experience includes project management at YSC Consulting and service as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police. Rosanna holds a Master of Philosophy in Criminology from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Leicester, along with a foundational education from Headington School for Girls in Oxford.
