Scott Coulter, CPA, CA, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive expertise in regulatory and sustainable finance. Currently serving as the Americas Head of Regulatory & Sustainable Finance (ESG) Specialists and Head of Regulatory Sales for the Americas Buyside at Bloomberg since July 2016, Scott has held various leadership roles including Global Product Manager for Enterprise Regulatory Products. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Scott was with EY from September 2010 to July 2016, where the roles included Manager and Senior Associate in Financial Accounting Advisory Services, focusing on financial instruments and hedging/derivatives, and banking and capital markets. Scott’s career began at CIBC as a Governance Specialist and included a role at IBM Platform Computing as a Marketing Communications Specialist. Scott holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Accounting and Finance, both from Queen's University, and participated in an International Exchange program in Economics & Business Administration at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
