Mike Esler

Mike Esler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Bloom Credit, a role they assumed in April 2022. Mike was responsible for driving the adoption of best practices and standardized tools across HSBC's global software development organization. Mike also worked as a Solutions Architect at Household International from July 2001 to October 2005.

Before entering the corporate world, Mike gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington from October 1998 to December 1999. Mike taught sections of undergraduate courses and served as the Head Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate Capstone Project course. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Software Engineer at Neoglyphics Media, where they developed web applications using C++ and Perl on the Sears net.Commerce platform.
