Head of Program Mgmt & Medical Device Operations at Bloomer Tech

Elizabeth Gadsby is an experienced innovation executive who has spent their career in the medical device and healthcare industries. Elizabeth is currently the head of program management and medical device operations at Bloomer Tech, a company that specializes in developing wearable technologies for the healthcare industry. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth was the head of the program management office at Profusa, a company that develops subdermal micro-biosensors for measuring tissue oxygen and lactate levels. In their previous role, Elizabeth was responsible for guiding the PMO team to develop and implement appropriate tools to efficiently and effectively manage tasks, timelines, and budgets. Elizabeth also has experience in consulting, handling external collaborations with government, universities, and healthcare partners, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Elizabeth Gadsby received their Master's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Elizabeth then went on to get their Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Elizabeth also holds a B.S. in Microbiology, Chemistry, and Business Administration from the University of Florida. In addition, they have certification from the CITI Program in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Health Information Privacy and Security (HIPS), and Responsible Conduct of Research.

Elizabeth Gadsby reports to Alicia Chong R., Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Aceil Halaby - Co-founder & COO, Monica Abarca - Co-Founder, and Karl Wechsler - Senior Software Engineer.
