Amy Mencarelli

Amy Mencarelli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amy is currently working as the Director of Engagement at Bloomerang since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner at Bloomerang from June 2022 to March 2023. Before their role at Bloomerang, Amy was a Co-Founder at Mirra starting in September 2018. Amy also worked at HR Collaboration Group - HR Consulting as the Director of HR Services from August 2021 to May 2022, and as a Sr. HR Business Partner from September 2020 to August 2021. Amy held the position of Director of Human Resources / Controller at Pill Box between October 2015 and September 2020. Prior to that, they worked in the field of Human Resources and Accountability at Warsaw Community Schools from December 2013 to September 2015. Amy's early professional experience includes working as a Data and Systems/GOAL Admissions Counselor at Grace College & Seminary from February 2012 to December 2013.

Amy Mencarelli, PHR, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grace College & Seminary. Amy also obtained a Bachelor's degree from Calvary University and a high school diploma from Byron Center High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI and the AVA Analyst certification from AVA Assessment Associates, Inc.
