Heidi Atkinson

Heidi Atkinson is a seasoned product manager and analyst with extensive experience in grant administration and communications. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Core CRM at Bloomerang since November 2016, Heidi defines the roadmap for donor CRM's data management areas, conducts customer discovery activities, and collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives. Previous roles include Product Analyst at Bloomerang, where Heidi executed research activities to support the product roadmap, and Resource Development Manager at Women Aware, Inc., managing grants and compliance. Additional experience includes development associate roles and communication management, alongside an educational background with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
