Robert Phelps

Robert Phelps, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Curriculum for Bloomfield Hills Schools, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Robert Phelps was a Principal at Conant Elementary and worked as a Learning Consultant and K-12 Program Consultant at Rochester Community Schools from August 2011 to August 2021, along with experience as an elementary and secondary teacher. Earlier in his career, Robert Phelps was a music teacher at Oakland University from January 2002 to January 2012. Robert Phelps holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in K-12 Educational Administration from Michigan State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from Oakland University.
