Susan Sheahan

Susan Sheahan, CCM, CCE, has extensive experience in education and consulting, currently serving as an Educator at Bloomfield Hills Schools since September 2020, where instruction emphasizes the educational wellbeing of students. As the CEO and Founder of C4C Consulting, LLC since April 2014, Susan specializes in staff training, strategic studies, and operational assistance for clubs, enhancing employee engagement. Previous roles include District Director at SCORE Indiana, overseeing ten chapters and over 280 volunteers, and Chairperson of the Northwest Indiana SCORE Chapter, focusing on business mentorship and community outreach. Additional experience includes leadership positions in various club management roles and active involvement in professional organizations. Susan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing advanced studies in Business Management and Strategic Leadership.
