As the owner of Bloomin' Blinds since March 2024, Michael has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to this, Michael held various senior roles at Chobani from December 2014 to January 2024, including Sr. Director of Community Impact & Partnerships (Metro) and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Michael’s career also includes management positions at Pepperidge Farm, Energizer Personal Care, WhiteWave Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, and Kraft Foods, spanning over two decades. Michael holds an MBA from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Kentucky State University.
