Mark Graff

SVP, Business Development & Financial Planning at Bloomin' Brands

Mark Graff was named Senior Vice President, Business Development and Financial Planning in June 2021 after serving as Group Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations.

As SVP, Mark is responsible for leading all business development opportunities, including new asset development, relocations, partnerships, franchise development, acquisitions and divestitures. He also oversees the Bloomin’ Brands financial planning and investor relations functions.

Since joining Bloomin’ Brands in 2012, Mark has held various positions in the areas of International Business Development, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. He played a key role in the company’s global expansion strategy, including the acquisition of Outback Steakhouse in Brazil.

Prior to Bloomin’ Brands, Mark worked in the strategy and operations practice for Deloitte Consulting and was an associate in the technology and services investment banking group at Raymond James & Associates.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
