Bloomin' Brands
Pierre Berenstein was appointed President of Bloomin’ Brands Brazil in May 2017. He is responsible for developing and executing the company's objectives, growth strategies, and initiatives for Outback Steakhouse and Abbraccio in Brazil.
Pierre joined Bloomin’ Brands from International Meal Company, where he served as CEO Brazil. In this role, he was responsible for all operations in the Brazilian territory. He also spent more than 20 years working in a variety of leadership positions at Saraiva, GRSA (Compass Group Brazil), CSN, Playcenter, and Hopi Hari.
Pierre holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP, with an MBA from fundação Dom Cabral and specialization in management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is also certified in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (OSI) is the Company's primary operating entity. New Private Restaurant Properties, LLC (PRP), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, leases the Company-owned restaurant properties to OSI's subsidiaries. As of December 25, 2016, the Company owned and operated 1, 276 restaurants and franchised 240 restaurants across 48 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and 20 countries.
