Laura Degaetano

Laura DeGaetano has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Administration and Dual Store Human Resource Generalist at Bloomingdale's since October 2014. Laura oversees personnel procedures and recruitment processes, ensuring effective business operations across multiple locations. Previously, Laura held several management positions within Bloomingdale's, including Department Manager for Women's RTW and Stylist Team, Cosmetics and Fragrance, and Sales Manager for Young World and Domestics. Earlier career experience includes senior management roles at Barneys New York and various positions at Ann Taylor Inc., where Laura gained comprehensive skills in sales, team management, and customer relations. Laura has pursued education in Human Resources Management at Cornell University and is currently studying Social Work at New York University Silver School of Social Work, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Point Park University.
