Brett Whitelaw is an experienced procurement and purchasing professional currently serving as Procurement Manager for the State of Utah, overseeing statewide cooperative contracts since May 2024. Previously, Brett held various roles, including Director of Purchasing at Utah Tech University and Purchasing Manager for the City of St. George, where responsibilities included managing multiple programs within the Purchasing Division. With a solid background in the hospitality industry, Brett also worked at multiple golf courses and country clubs. Prior experience includes significant roles at SkyWest Airlines, where Brett managed quality control, regulatory compliance, and safety, as well as overseeing contract operations across numerous airport locations. Brett holds an MBA from Southern Utah University and a degree in Hospitality Management from the same institution.
