Adam Pengh, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam recently worked as a Software Engineer in Professional Services at Bloomreach, starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer (Frontend) at IKEA Group from June 2020 to December 2020. From August 2018 to June 2020, Adam worked as a Web Developer at Monetate. Adam also has experience at David's Bridal, where they held roles such as Front-End Web Experience and Content Developer, Systems Analyst - Web Development Operations, and Associate Front-End Web Developer. Adam's earlier work experience includes being the Owner/Founder of Athletica Online, where they designed and marketed web-based electronic medical records, and working as a Fitness Services Manager and Assistant Fitness Services Manager at Town Sports International, where they led teams and managed operations. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a strong focus on web development, improving site performance, and delivering exceptional experiences to clients and members.

Adam Pengh, MBA has a strong educational background in marketing and athletic training. Adam obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Lehigh University College of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to their MBA, Adam completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Athletic Training at King's College, where they graduated Cum Laude in 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Adam has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Adam completed the Bloomreach Developer Fundamentals program at Bloomreach in January 2021, and in August 2020, they achieved the Experience Perfectionist Level 1 certification from Optimizely.
