Jakub Svoboda

Jakub Svoboda has worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bloomreach since June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Lecturer at Brno University of Technology starting from September 2022. From January 2019 until May 2023, they worked as a Key Account Manager and Web Ads Manager at Business Factory, where they were responsible for monetizing online lifestyle magazines and implementing new solutions. Before that, they were a Social Media Marketing Manager at Cyklospeciality.cz from October 2016 to April 2019 and an IT Technician at Bacom s.r.o. from August 2015 to December 2017.

Jakub Svoboda's education history includes a range of degrees and certifications. Jakub began by attending Gymnázium Brno-Řečkovice from 2008 to 2016, where they earned a grammar + high school degree with a field of study in Natural Sciences.

After completing their high school education, Jakub went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Brno University of Technology, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019.

During their time at Brno University of Technology, Jakub also took courses at FHWien der WKW in 2017 and 2018, where they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Building on their bachelor's degree, Jakub earned a Master's degree in International Economics and Business from Brno University of Technology, which they completed from 2019 to 2021.

Continuing their education, Jakub pursued a Master of Arts degree in Executive Management at FHWien der WKW from 2019 to 2022.

Currently, Jakub is working towards earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Company Management and Economics at Brno University of Technology, with an expected completion date in 2025.

In addition to their academic degrees, Jakub has acquired several certifications. These include an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Project Management from edX, obtained in December 2021, and a New Technologies for Business Leaders certification from Coursera, obtained in December 2020. Jakub also holds certifications from Bloomreach, SoloLearn, Bloomberg LP, Google, and the British Council.
