Nikolay Semyonov

Nikolay Semyonov is a seasoned technology solutions consultant with extensive experience in data analysis and marketing automation. Currently, at Bloomreach since October 2018, Nikolay has played a crucial role in mentoring new team members, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, and developing technical specifications for clients. Prior to this, Nikolay served as a senior account manager at GetResponse, where responsibilities included providing high-level support for email marketing campaigns and managing account manager teams. With a strong background in technical processes and customer support, Nikolay has consistently received accolades, including multiple "Best Account Manager" awards. Nikolay holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
