Petra Wall is a Chartered MCIPD with a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Petra'smost recent position was as a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner at Bloomreach, where they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Turnitin from November 2021 to June 2022. Petra also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Experian from March 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Experian, they were the EMEA HR Lead and HR Business Partner at Communisis from March 2015 to March 2021. Petra began their career as a People and Talent Specialist at Cielo Talent from September 2013 to March 2015, and earlier as a Human Resources Generalist at Jacobs from March 2013 to September 2013. Petra also worked as an HR Advisor at Diageo from November 2012 to March 2013, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Tempdent Recruitment & Training from September 2010 to October 2012.

Petra Wall Chartered MCIPD has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2012-2013, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Later, in 2018-2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Coventry University. During the same period, they also achieved a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Recently, in 2020-2021, Petra completed an MA in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Petra has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they acquired BPS Level 2 Psychometric Testing from The British Psychological Society, and in the following year, they obtained Occupational Personality and Ability Testing (BPS-Level 2) from SHL. In 2020, Petra gained Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making certification from LinkedIn and Psychological First Aid certification from Public Health England. Lastly, in 2021, they accomplished Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) and Agile Fundamentals certifications from Experian, as well as Chartered MCIPD certification from CIPD.
