Pratik Borikar

Pratik Borikar has work experience in two companies. From July 2021 to June 2022, they worked at Bloomreach as a Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for backend development, specifically focusing on recommendations and SEO systems. Their daily tasks included developing new features for APIs, optimizing backend pipelines, and ensuring high availability of the systems. Additionally, they worked as an Engineer Intern at Bloomreach from July 2021 to present. During this internship, they developed an API response visualization tool and implemented a write-through caching mechanism for improved efficiency and performance.

Prior to joining Bloomreach, Pratik had a summer internship at Couture.ai in 2019. In this role, they studied and understood machine learning and various algorithms. Pratik provided explanations of these algorithms to the team, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate one for customer profiling.

Pratik Borikar pursued a dual degree program at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2017 to 2022. Pratik completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Economics.
