John Lofthouse

John Lofthouse has extensive work experience in the construction industry. John started their career as a Contracts Surveyor at Francis Contractors in 1996 and later worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Pye Homes from 1998 to 2000. After that, they became a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Redrow Homes for two years.

In 2002, they joined Taylor Woodrow Developments and worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor before being promoted to Managing Surveyor in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Taylor Wimpey where they initially worked as a Commercial Manager and then became a Commercial Director in 2009. John held this position until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, John worked as a Commercial Director at Linden Homes Thames Valley. Currently, they are working as a Commercial Director at Bloor Homes since 2017.

John Lofthouse attended the University of Southampton from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management.
