Rita Lopes

Rita Lopes is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Legal & Compliance Officer at @Bloq.it since January 2023, Rita previously worked as an AML & Sanctions Lawyer at Banco Finantia from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Rita held several roles at BNP Paribas CIB from April 2018 to August 2021, including Head of Due Diligence Team and Due Diligence Officer. Rita began their career as a Lawyer at Ordem dos Advogados from March 2017 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Children, Family, and Inheritance Law from Universidade do Minho, postgraduate studies in Legal Business Sciences from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade do Minho.
