Jack Hays

Jack Hays has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jack currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bloqhouse Technologies since February 2023. In this role, they manage the next-generation investment platform that caters to the needs of fund managers, investment firms, and companies looking to raise capital. Previously, from February 2022 to April 2023, Jack worked as the Head of Operations at Bloqhouse Technologies.

Prior to their current position, Jack joined Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) in January 2019 as an Associate Supervision Officer and later got promoted to Supervision Officer in January 2021. At AFM, they worked in the Market Integrity & Enforcement department, focusing on maintaining the integrity of the financial sector. Jack served in this role until February 2022.

Before joining AFM, Jack gained experience at EY from March 2015 to December 2019. Initially, they worked as a Junior Auditor from March 2015 to January 2017, conducting audits. Jack was then promoted to Senior Consultant in the Forensic & Integrity Services department, where they provided forensic audits and consultancy services from January 2017 to December 2019. Their work involved helping organizations protect and restore their enterprise and financial reputation.

Jack Hays has completed various educational programs throughout their academic journey. Jack began their undergraduate studies in 2009 at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2013. Afterward, in 2013 and 2014, they attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, focusing on Strategic Management, leading to a Master of Science degree. Following their postgraduate studies, Jack enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2015 and wrapped up their studies in 2017. During this period, they were engaged in part-time education, specializing in Accountancy and Control. Additionally, Jack Hays participated in the CFA Level 1 Course at the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School, though the specific timeframe for this program is not provided.
