Jitin Kumar

Jitin Kumar has over 15 years of experience in human resources and management information systems. Since September 2011, Jitin Kumar has held various positions at Blossom Kochhar Beauty Products Pvt. Ltd., progressing from Officer HR- MIS to Deputy Manager Human Resources, with responsibilities including managing payroll for over 1200 employees and preparing salary inputs for payroll processing. Prior to this, Jitin Kumar worked at Bharti Airtel from October 2009 to September 2011 as an Executive- MIS, where duties included maintaining collection and retention MIS for the Delhi North and West zones as well as tracking employee performance. Jitin Kumar began the career at Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Backend Executive from August 2008 to June 2009, focusing on sales MIS reports and tele caller performance.
