Luann Lamay

Luann LaMay is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services and healthcare administration. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Services at Blossom Ridge Home Health and Hospice since November 2019, Luann also holds a long-term role as a Continuum Administrator and Continuity of Care Service Director at Kaiser Permanente since December 2005. In this capacity, Luann directs Patient Care Coordinators, Medical Social Workers, and Chaplains in a 200+ bed tertiary care hospital, managing resources and optimizing length of stay. Previous experience includes a role as a Nurse Consultant at Healthcare Management in 2005 and as a Senior Associate at PwC from 2002 to 2005. Luann holds a Master's of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from California State University-Sacramento.
