Heather Winner (Hofwin)

Heather Winner (Hofwin) is a seasoned professional with experience in program management, coaching, and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Ohio Credit Union League, Heather oversees the planning and execution of programs that enhance professional development for credit union professionals. As a Certified Coach and Facilitator, Heather specializes in career transitions and sustainable leadership practices while facilitating group communities of practice. Previous roles include Membership Manager for the Vermont Maple Sugarmakers Association, where efforts focused on membership programs and educational outreach, and Assistant Director of Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder, where initiatives included the launch of a Women’s Leadership Symposium and sustainability programs. Educational qualifications include an MS in Higher Education from Colorado State University and a BA in English Literature from Otterbein University.
