Jim Denning has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jim started their career as an Overseas Cricketer at South Perth Cricket Club in 2002. In 2006, they joined Huntress Group and held various positions such as Business Intelligence Consultant, UK BI Manager, and Head of UK and European IT Contracts Division. In 2014, Jim moved to Lawrence Harvey where they served as Associate Director, Director, and finally as Director of West Coast USA, responsible for setting up and growing the company's West Coast office. Since 2019, they have been working at LHi Group Ltd. as Group MD and later as CEO, focusing on the growth and development of the company's global brands.
Jim Denning received their primary education at Bryanston School from 1997 to 2002. Jim then went on to pursue higher education at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2003 to 2006. During their time at university, they completed a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Business Economics.
