Boško Majdanac

Boško Majdanac has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of project management and product ownership. Boško is currently working as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master at Input Output (IOHK), Senior Project Manager at Bloxico, and Senior Product Owner at Basiq.

Prior to these roles, Boško worked as a Senior Product and Project Manager at HTEC Group from May 2018 to March 2021. Boško was responsible for managing projects and products, creating roadmaps, prioritizing product increments, delivering regular increments, and collaborating with development teams.

Before joining HTEC Group, Boško served as an R&D Manager at United.Cloud from November 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they actively contributed to research and development efforts as a senior product manager. Boško was involved in various tasks, such as interviewing users, assisting customer support, working with marketing teams, shaping user experience, and communicating with external vendors.

Boško's earlier experience includes working as the Head of Application Development at SBB Serbia BroadBand from June 2013 to October 2016. In this position, they played a key role in improving the company's core services and developing new services. Boško was responsible for managing projects related to UniFi and UniFon applications, call center tools, credit card payment solutions, HR tool integration, IoT solutions research, Jabber chat client development, and Smart TV application development.

Boško started their career as a Lead Web Developer at Absolut OK d.o.o. in December 2003 and worked in this role until May 2013.

Boško Majdanac pursued their higher education in the field of computer science. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Viša elektrotehnička škola and earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied at Elektrotehnička škola Nikola Tesla, where they obtained a degree in Electro Technical Engineering with a focus on computers. Furthermore, Boško Majdanac also acquired additional certifications as a Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) and a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October and September of 2022, respectively.
