David Hensley

David Hensley, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Parsons Corporation since October 2025. Prior to this role, David worked at Dura-Line, holding positions such as Regional Strategic CapEx Manager and Global Process Standardization Engineer from November 2020 to October 2025. David's earlier experience includes a tenure at Seaman Corporation from 2016 to 2020, where roles included Director of Engineering, Sr. Process Engineer, and Plant Manager. David also contributed at Eastman Chemical Company as Group Leader in Polymer Process Development and in projects related to worldwide engineering and construction from 2015 to 2016, and returned to Seaman Corporation for a significant period from 1999 to 2015, progressing from Director of Innovation & Technology to Plant Manager, Lean Sigma Manager, and Process Engineer. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed the Leadership Success for Manufacturing Site Leaders program at the Center for Executive Education, University of Tennessee, along with studies at The Wharton School.
