Andy Nicholson is currently the CXO (Chief Experience Officer) at BLR WORLD, where Andy oversees consultancy, training, recruitment, and operations for Simply Brilliant People. With a background in managing visitor experiences at iconic London landmarks such as Tower Bridge Exhibition and the British Airways London Eye, Andy has a proven track record of implementing successful strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Andy holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and studied music at the Royal College of Music.
