Shaily Bhargava

Shaily Bhargava is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at BLS International Services Ltd since February 2020, Shaily has previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Optiemus Infracom Ltd from February 2017 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Shaily worked at Sunstrike International Limited in various roles, including Assistant Manager - HR & Admin, Senior Executive Human Resources, and Human Resources Executive from October 2011 to January 2017. Shaily holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
