Amanda Kullman-Kipp has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the General Manager and Property Director at BLT Restaurant Group since August 2018. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of General Manager at BLT Market, Esquared Hospitality from March 2016 to January 2020, and at ESquared Hospitality The Florentine from October 2010 to March 2016. Earlier in Amanda's career, General Manager roles were held at Buddakan, NYC from March 2009 to May 2010, and at Blue Fin and Vento from January 2002 to March 2008. Amanda earned both an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University between 1999 and 2001.
