Behrouz Pourkhorshidi

Behrouz Pourkhorshidi is a seasoned product and design leader currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at blu Bank, Iran's pioneering NeoBank focused on digital banking solutions. Over the years, Behrouz has held various roles, including Director of Product Design at Okala, where improvements in payment systems significantly increased revenue and user trust. As the founder of Startup for Visa, Behrouz has guided young innovators in establishing startups abroad. With expertise as a startup mentor, Behrouz has been instrumental in leading numerous startups towards success while also contributing to academia as a university lecturer in design. Behrouz holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Iran University of Science and Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Islamic Azad University.
