Berna Visoka

Berna Visoka has accumulated extensive experience in the banking and human resources sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner and Project Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since September 2016, with prior roles including HR Data Analyst, Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Human Resources Officer. Previously, Berna worked at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo as an E-banking Administrator and Junior Training Officer from February 2015 to July 2016. Early professional experiences include internships at Nivea and Zero Pozitive Publicis in 2011 and 2012. Academically, Berna holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Staffordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Technology from American Education in Kosovo, along with additional certifications in Human Resources Management and Tourism Management & Negotiation Techniques. Berna completed secondary education at Xhevdet Doda High School, specializing in Natural Sciences.
