Maurizio Conte has accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality sector, specializing in various front and back office roles since 2007. Currently serving in the Booking Group Department at Blu Hotels S.p.A. since November 2015, Maurizio previously held leadership positions at CastaDiva Resort & SPA and Laurin Hotel, along with diverse roles at Tivigest Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included managing guest experiences from check-in to check-out and handling communication between departments. Proficient in Fidelio V8 and Aves software, Maurizio has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency throughout a career marked by significant expertise in hotel management. Maurizio holds a Maturità Scientifica degree from Liceo Scientifico, earned between 1998 and 2001.
